Workout 17 January 2018
So here is the workout for today
10 Reps DB Incline Bench Press – 40 lbs. – 4 sets
8 Reps – Pull-Up – 4 sets
10 Reps Barbell Curl – 65 lbs. – 4 sets
10 Reps DB Military Press – 30 lbs. – 4 sets
Finished in around 30 minutes, didn’t do any kind of finisher. For a change I am getting muscle soreness after the fact. This is something that has been lacking with doing the Crossfit style workouts. Not that they were work, they just didn’t feel like they were doing anything that actually was building up muscle.
