Today’s Workout

So we had the day off today so got to get in a workout early this morning which was nice.

Bench Press – 115lbs. x 10

Military Press – 70lbs. x 10

Barbell Row – 118lbs. x 10

DB Curl – 30lbs. x 10

4 rounds 4 time, finished in 26 Minutes including the 1000 meter row as a finisher.
