So for today, back to Crossfit, and was today a good way to start back.

25 Deadlifts – 120 lbs.
Time to complete 37 Minutes and I burned 430 Calories. Average heart rate was 134, hitting a max of 165.
This was a good workout, so I think that the Doc was right, maybe its better I stick with things that are going to be more general fitness, the goal is to keep feeling as young as possible for as long as possible. And maybe the Doc was wrong, because the reality for me is that I like powerlifting style training far more than CrossFit, and have gone back to the 5/3/1 workouts I was doing a bit more than a year ago. Time to get some muscle mass and strength back. Trying to relive my powerlifting days by getting strong again is going to get me there, but I have to be smart and not allow myself to get injured is all.
